BECOME A REAL ESTATE INVESTOR

Are you thinking about becoming a real estate investor? At Stratton Equities, Michael utilizes his expertise in the property business to specialize in private money lending. Private money lending revolves around asset-based loans and term loans for real estate investing. Michael knew that to become a disruptor in the space he had to change the industry and focus on building a one-stop-shop - Stratton Equities.

Working with a hard money and a NON-QM Mortgage lender can be extremely beneficial to those looking to avoid the complicated and tedious process of a bank mortgage. NON-QM lending typically involves clients looking to grow their equity through the real estate market instead of traditional investments such as stocks. Private money lending can be useful to a wide range of end users including individuals, small businesses, or commercial investors.

Some of the benefits of this variety of lending include not qualifying borrowers based on their tax returns, with no upfront fees, and no junk fees. Additionally, private lenders require fewer documents for a loan application, have an easier approval process, and are often more experienced professionals guiding one’s investment strategy. At Stratton Equities, Michael and his team work tirelessly to develop a close relationship with their clients, earning their trust through their service delivery and ensuring that their money is being invested well with the best available loan program.

What sets Stratton Equities apart from other private lending mortgage companies in the  real estate investment space are the diverse loan programs all under one roof. We offer low market value interest rates, and higher loan-to-value (LTVs) than the competitors. The Stratton Equities' Loan Officer Team are industry leaders with their extensive training, passion, and dedication to helping borrowers succeed.

The mortgage programs at Stratton Equities are simple and convenient as one can get a loan with interest rates as low as 6.75%. Michael and his team work hard at making their rates and loan programs competitive with other hard money lenders and other mortgage lenders by offering their services directly to investors.

Direct private money lending means that the institution lends its own capital directly to borrowers to give them the lowest rates that they can secure after qualification. We are proud that there are no middlemen in the process that can often complicate communication and impede the client experience. Michael and his team work in-house in New Jersey and can service clients nationwide.

As a New Jersey business in real estate, Stratton Equities has clients all across America in 46 out of 50 states. This nationwide footprint has given me the ability to unlock the possibilities of multigenerational wealth creation through real estate investing. On average, most loan amounts range between $100k to $5 million.

Michael and his team at Stratton Equities work diligently in offering their clients the best loan programs and mortgage solutions for their specific real estate endeavors. Michael works daily in ensuring that Stratton Equities Remains an industry leader and educates its clientele about the best possible solutions to their financing needs.
