His passion for helping others succeed in their investment goals inspired him to create a company with the most extensive library of private money loan programs under one roof. Additionally, he has developed a unique hands-on training program and educational platform to provide loan officers with a clear pathway to success.

The son of Lebanese immigrants, Michael grew up in New Jersey and Lebanon, where he was determined to fulfill the American dream and become an entrepreneur. Before his time at Stratton Equities, Michael built a career in the mortgage industry for 18 years, beginning in 2003. As a committed serial entrepreneur, his focus led him to create multiple businesses before Stratton Equities. Some of Michael's greatest successes included a car wash business connected to a gym. He has also worked as a personal trainer and built a health supplement company in the past.
In 2017, Michael realized he had an idea for a startup in private lending and real estate. After noticing some of the unique changes made to the mortgage industry due to the 2008-2012 housing crisis that gave him the breakthrough, he needed to launch his business.
Michael solidified his reputation as a competent real estate investor and pioneer as hard money & NON-QM mortgage lender throughout the last few years.
Before Stratton Equities, Michael's entrepreneurial spirit took him around the world, traveling to 19 countries in five years, gaining knowledge and expertise while experiencing the highest highs and the lowest lows life has to offer. However, during one of his trips, Michael hit rock bottom - becoming homeless in a foreign country. To this day, it is a memory that drives his quest to achieve success and financial independence.
A large part of Michael's success in entrepreneurship comes from the knowledge acquired throughout his two decades of experience in the real estate industry.
